What are my payment options?
You can choose either bank transfer (Indonesia only) or Paypal. Don’t have a Paypal account? We accept credit cards through Paypal, but you don’t need an account. Be sure to check “Don’t have a Paypal account” upon checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is submitted?
Once payment has been received, we immediately begin to prepare your order. But before it is settled, you can still make revisions. Please be sure to confirm all order details before settling payment.

How can I check my order status?
You can sign in with your account and check under “My Order History”. You’ll find all statuses there.


How good is the print quality?
We have developed proprietary image resizing technology that allows us to create good quality prints. We’re so sure that you’re going to love it that we’re ensuring 100% money back guarantee for all of our unsatisfied customers.

How do I know that the images I upload have sufficient resolution?
If your image doesn't meet our recommended resolutions, the image will display on our site with a warning. This is to help prevent dissatisfaction due to ordering something that may not print well. It may look okay online, but may not print well. Your best bet is to use a different image.

What if I don't like the quality of the art that I purchased?
So if you’re not happy with it for any reason and any reason at all, within 7 days from order arrival date, please give us a shout and we’ll be happy to reprint your order at no additional charge.


How do I use my voucher code?
Enter the code given to you at the "Shopping Cart" Page before continuing to payment. It will automatically adjust your order total.

What are the voucher terms & conditions?
Each voucher has different terms & conditions that is written on it.

My voucher/code doesn't work, what do I do?
Make sure that the offer hasn’t expired as each code has an expiration date. Please be mindful when entering the voucher/code field as sometimes zero’s and O’s can be misinterpreted.


When can I expect to receive my order?
It usually takes from 7 to 10 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) for us to process your order and ship it.

My order arrived damaged! What should I do?
Oh no! No one wants a damaged piece of art! Within 7 days from order arrival date, give us a shout – via email to – along with a photo and description of the damage, and we’ll get your order reprinted and shipped to you right away!


How do returns work?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So if there’s any defect on the products because of production fault within 7 days from the arrival date, kindly give us a shout – via email to, send back the package (including the packaging box), and we’ll be happy to reprint your order at no additional charge.
